The very last request:

The brief states that the submission must be delivered by 12:00 GMT on Tuesday 21 April. We would like to ask if it is possible to make this the post mark deadline rather than the delivery time as scheduling a Tuesday international delivery from the US will necessitate shipping out the work product on the prior Friday (essentially losing 3 full working days in comparison to teams based in the UK). While we know this is a late request, it is our experience in international competitions such as this that a postmark deadline in favor of a delivery deadline is more favorable and democratic to all participants involved. If this change can be accommodated, it would be greatly appreciated.

In order to provide equal conditions for every team, Croydon Council decided that the Stage 2 entries must be submitted by 21 April 2009 (post mark or Corporate Reception date stamp) and delivered to Croydon Council Corporate Reception not later than 24 April 2009, 12:00 BST

Deadline for questions is 23 March 2009. Answers will be supplied by 29 March. They will be available on the Frequently Asked Questions site. This site will be password protected in order to secure the confidentiality of some information. If you need more people to get the information, please provide a list containing: name / company / email address.
